The updated usage dashboard offers a cleaner interface for monitoring and managing your Fileread usage.

Accessible on the top organization by clicking Manage organization > Usage

Overview section

The platform provides access to top level usage across your active workspaces. This summary view displays aggregate metrics for all workspaces, giving you a quick snapshot of your overall Fileread activity. The metrics shown include active documents, queries sent, extractions performed, and indexing statistics.

Filtering by workspace

Filter for workspaces using the drop down in All workspaces. This allows you to narrow down the usage data to a specific workspace, making it easier to track usage patterns and activity for individual teams or projects. By default, the dashboard shows combined data across all workspaces.

Filtering by time period

Filter for month using the drop down in Current month. This lets you view historical usage data and compare activity across different months. This is particularly useful for identifying trends, planning capacity, or reviewing usage for billing periods.

Exporting usage reports

You can export reports by selecting your month / workspace and clicking export. The export function generates a downloadable report containing all the usage data shown in the dashboard for your selected filters. This is useful for sharing with stakeholders, archiving records, or performing additional analysis in external tools.
