Connecting Relativity to Fileread Platform allows for deeper integration and access to the latest and greatest AI features available on Platform such as our various Agentic experiences such as Matter Intelligence and Axis.

To get started

  1. Please fill out this form
  2. Once Fileread’s engineering team completes the migration, we will contact you.

Once the migration is complete

You have the optional step of syncing metadata from Relativity to FIleread. We highly recommend this step as the ideal user experience has data parity between Fileread and Relativity

  1. Open up Relativity and go to the Fileread App

  2. Click on settings (⚙️) in the upper right corner

  3. Click on the Metadata mapping tab and click the “Start auto-mapping metadata” located in the banner

While syncing occurs, feel free to start indexing files as you normally would index files from Relativity to Fileread.

How to leverage the deep integration between Fileread and Relativity

By integrating Fileread Platform and Relativity, users now have the ability to use the power of AI within Fileread while simultaneously code documents in Relativity. Users no longer need to toggle between the Fileread app and the Relativity document viewer, instead users can now have two dedicated windows for both applications.

In order to access relativity’s native viewer for coding and relativity level review, do the following:

  1. Within the Fileread Insights App, click on a citation group superscript
  2. Within the built in Fileread document viewer, click the button in the table functions that says “Code in Relativity”

A new tab should automatically open and allow you to have both apps open.
