The Fileread Platform leverages load files as the method for correctly categorizing metadata to your document universe during the upload process. Load files must be CSV format. Included in this page is a template CSV file.

Make sure this .csv file can be opened up in any spreadsheet software to ensure formatting is correct.
Ensure that each column is of a similar type. If the vast majority values in a column are numbers, any value that is not set to a number might not be received correctly.
