Welcome to your trial on the Fileread Sandbox Environment! This document serves to give you the best tips on getting the most out of your testing experience.

Getting Started

Before you can access Fileread, you will need to set up an account with our sandbox environment. Note that you should get an email the night before or the morning of the start date. If you have not yet received an email from the sandbox Relativity environment, please email your Fileread teammate.

NOTE: You may also receive a reset password notification that requires you to reset your password within a day. If you miss this window, please email your Fileread teammate.

Accessing Fileread

Once you’ve activated your account, you can access the Relativity environments with these steps:

  1. Go to https://login.cimplifi.com (Cimplifi is one of our preferred Relativity partners).
  2. You may see either RelativityOne R5US US ONLY or RelativityOne R2US depending on which environment is assigned.

  1. Simply click into and access the workspace

  2. You should see the following Navigation Tabs on the left:

  3. Click Fileread and Query away!
