Welcome to the installation instructions for Fileread. This document provides initial installation instructions for the Fileread Plugin and Fileread Relativity Connector to our platform application.

Please download and install the latest RAP file here:

Activating the workspace:

To share with Fileread Team:

• The URL of the relativity workspace
  • Example: https://[LAWFIRM-NAME].relativity.one/relativity

Fileread Team will provide:

• API
• Activation token

Once the details are prepared, please enter these details in the Fileread App on the left navigation bar under Settings.

OAuth Token

A new OAuth token must be generated. To generate one, you can navigate to the OAuth Menu under Authentication Provider.

Please generate one using the following options:

1. Name: Fileread - App
2. User: This user must be attached to the workspaces that Fileread is installed on with the the following privileges (admin is preferred but if not viable):
   • Object Security
     • Document - view/edit
     • Field - view/add
     • Search - view/edit/add
     • All other securable Objects - None
   • Tab Visibility - None
   • Other Settings - None
