This guide explains how to use the Billing & Usage Dashboard to monitor your organization’s document consumption, track contract status, and manage matters. It is your source of truth for understanding how Fileread measures and reports usage.
From you organization view on the Fileread platform, open Organization details and select the Billing or Usage tab.

The two tabs serve different purposes:

The Billing tab shows your organization’s document usage relative to your contract commitment. Use it to understand how much of your allocation has been consumed and how your usage breaks down by matter.

At the top of the Billing tab, a contract period selector lets you switch between your current active contract and any historical contract periods.
